1. Acceptance of Terms & Operational Scope
By accessing, browsing, or enrolling at MYNA Overseas (hereinafter referred to as the “Institute”), whether via our online platforms or our physical facility in GTB Nagar, Delhi, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and disclaimers. These terms govern our foreign language training programs, test preparation coaching (IELTS), and study abroad counseling operations.
2. Intellectual Property, National Flags & Fair-Use Imagery Disclaimer
Our platforms, promotional portfolios, and educational assets contain various visual architectures designed to contextualize global education and linguistic training. Users must explicitly recognize the following boundaries:
- Official National Flags & Heraldry: The display of official national flags (such as those of Germany, France, Spain, Japan, China, Canada, and others) is intended solely for illustrative, non-political, educational, and geographical identification purposes to represent the language modules and destination countries we consult for. The Institute claims absolutely no ownership, trademark rights, or state endorsement over any sovereign national symbols.
- Third-Party Cultural & Country Imagery: To convey the cultural environments of overseas study destinations, certain images, backgrounds, and landmark photography used across this website are sourced from public domains, open stock licensing, or fair-use repositories. Some images displayed on this platform are not owned directly by MYNA Overseas. All rights, copyrights, and intellectual property paths belong strictly to their respective original creators or lawful owners.
- Trademarks & Global Examinations: Terminology including, but not limited to, Goethe-Zertifikat, DELF, DALF, DELE, JLPT, TOPIK, TEF, TCF, and IELTS are registered trademarks of their respective international evaluation boards and governing matrices. MYNA Overseas is an independent preparation institute and does not claim ownership or direct administrative partnership over these registered marks unless explicitly stated.
3. Educational Training & Fluency Benchmarks
While MYNA Overseas implements highly advanced, immersive, and CEFR-aligned teaching methodologies led by certified language experts, individual linguistic acquisition velocities vary. Enrolling in a training curriculum (e.g., A1 through B2 tracking nodes) provides the student with optimized resources, mock assessments, and strategic coaching; however, **the Institute does not guarantee automated clearing of international examinations or fluent conversational execution** without the necessary student dedication, class attendance, and independent study milestones.
4. Study Abroad Consulting & Visa Outcomes Disclaimer
Our specialized Global Admission cell provides end-to-end profile evaluation, university selection roadmaps, statement of purpose (SOP) guidance, and document verification assistance. However, users must formally acknowledge that:
- The final decision to issue an admission offer letter rests exclusively with the sovereign academic board of the respective international university.
- The final decision to grant a Student Visa, residency PR points, or cross-border entry protocols rests solely and absolute with the immigration authorities of the target country’s sovereign government (e.g., IRCC for Canada, Ausländerbehörde for Germany).
- MYNA Overseas cannot, and will not, guarantee absolute visa approvals or university placements. Our consulting framework is structured strictly to maximize application compliance and preparation protocols.
5. Batch Schedules, Fee Matrix & Refund Protocols
All fee allocations, registration structures, and flexible installment schedules (EMI choices) are detailed formally at the point of enrollment. Due to strict resource indexing, optimized batch size thresholds (capped at 8 to 10 allocation nodes), and specialized faculty scheduling, **all fees paid to MYNA Overseas are completely non-refundable and non-transferable** under any circumstances once the academic seat allocation has been locked inside our database system.
6. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction
MYNA Overseas, its founders, management, and faculty council shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our training modules, third-party link materials, or overseas counseling roadmaps. Any legal disputes or interpretations arising from these operational terms shall be subject exclusively to the territorial jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
